After you place your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming the contents of your order.

Once your payment has been processed, and is ready to ship, you will be sent another e-mail confirming that your order has been shipped.

Please note that orders are processed two times each week and shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail (2-3 day service). We currently accept eChecks®, Visa®, Mastercard®, Discover®, & American Express® online. If you prefer to pay by postal money order or certified check, you will have an opportunity to specify this payment method during checkout; however, your order will not ship until payment has been received.

$5.95 to anywhere in the continental US for first book; $1.50 for each additional book.
